RETURNS & REFUNDS
INTRODUCTION
You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your orders within 15 days of their date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/ damaged.
Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
The product amount will be credited back to his/her respective account from which he/she pay in Fabullory at the time of checkout (If he/she pay online) or The product amount will be credited back to his/her Fabullory wallet(If he/she pay through COD), once we have received the products and quality check is done.
Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable.
To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on [email protected] with your Order ID mentioned.
For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.100, reverse-pickups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Incorrect size Ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.
Only the Purchased Amount will be refunded as a discount coupon to the Customer.
In case of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purposes. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.
HOW LONG THE REFUND PROCEDURE TAKES?
The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Fabullory wallet as store credits.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND AMOUNT YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be processed to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.
Refund will reflect as per the below-mentioned timelines:
Wallet refund will get credited within few minutes.
NEFT refund process will take 5 to 7 working days.
Payment Gateway Refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
