Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

SHIPPING

Charges: Free Shipping On All Orders.

After an order is placed, the order will be dispatched within 24-48 hrs and it will be delivered within 3-5 business days (Metro cities) and 5-7 business days (ROI).

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Post approval, we will process the refund within 24-48 hrs.  and it will be credited to the original payment method within 7 -10 business days.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item ,from your account dashboard please initiate a retutn and you will get a shipping label . Please download it and place it  securely in its original packaging  and our delivery partner will pick it up on time.

If your pincode is not servicable for reverse pickup then we will contact you by email or phone and you have to manually send your package below addresses. 

Product must be in original condition with sealed brand tag for getting refund or exchange .

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least  seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXCHANGE

The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Please Note

1. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

2.Product will be return only if there any manufacturing defect or you received an damaged product.

3.Customer should send Product(s) unboxing video for return process.

4. Customer can exchange damaged product with a new one free of cost .
