Shipping Policy

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days

• Non-metro areas: 4–7 business days

• Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999

• Flat shipping fee of ₹50 on orders below ₹999

• COD charges: ₹50 (non-refundable)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy (STRICT)

To reduce fake and unaccepted orders:

• COD orders may require OTP verification before placing orders.

• We may call or WhatsApp for confirmation

• Unverified orders may be automatically cancelled

Important:

• Please ensure availability at the delivery address

• Failure to accept COD orders may lead to:

  • COD option being disabled for future orders

5. Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be sent via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once shipped

• Customers are responsible for tracking and ensuring availability

6. Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 time

• If the order is not accepted, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

7. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If an order is returned due to:

• Customer unavailable

• Wrong address

• Refusal to accept

Then:

• COD orders will be blacklisted for COD in future

• Prepaid orders will be refunded after deducting shipping costs

8. Address Accuracy

• Customers must provide a complete and correct address with PIN code

• We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect details

9. High-Risk Orders

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel suspicious orders

• Request prepaid payment instead of COD

10. Damaged or Missing Items

• Report within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof

• Claims without proof may not be accepted
